1 | Do It Yourself | Designing, constructing, modifying and repairing Laboratory Experimental Kits and Equipment. | As part of skill enhancement module, it is fair to Design and construct low cost Physics Experimental Kits/circuit Boards, through which the students will familiar with the basic electrical/electronics components and able to handle such components. | 1. A group of Final year students are involved and assigned the task. 2. The Task and progress is monitored by Teacher. 3. The raw material and the tools are made available as per requirement. 4. The experimental kits were tested and used in Laboratory. 5. The maintenance of Laboratory equipment’s were carried out in house under the supervision of Teacher | Zero Expenditure on Purchasing Experimental Boards and Electronic circuits. 2. Most of the electronic components were reused from e-Waste collected by the department. 3. This practice help department to add resources out of waste/scrap. 4. Student learn to identify/configure electronics components and acquired skill to use tools like drilling, soldering, fixing etc. 5. Zero expenditure on maintenance of Laboratory equipment’s. | Non availability of spares of CRO/Function Generator |
